I wanted to share my story. 

I am an overcomer - I love challenges, reaching the top and then showing others the way.  Maybe that is why I love Mountains so much - maybe the majestic symbolism, the sheer challenge to climb mountains and get to the top.   It is so exhilarating.  

My story is about my pursuit to discover and pursue my life purpose.  It includes peaks and valleys, detours and disappointments, all the while pursuing the elusive "American Dream"; the belief that everyone has the chance to be successful if they only worked hard enough.

Born in Texas and growing up in Florida, I received a scholarship to attend and play football as a cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.  This was a great honor that I cherish even today.

Upon graduating, I entered the US Army as an Officer and eventually served in the 10th Special Forces Group (Green Beret).  It provided the opportunity to learn about myself and how to overcome the most pressing, intense challenges.   What I really learned, the most important experiences are learning about ourselves, our strengths and our weaknesses.  Life has a way, with our successes and failures, to help us focus on what truly is important.  In my case, obtaining Life Purpose clarity.

’Follow me’ leadership was instilled in me at West Point and my US Army Special Operations training.  I  discovered my love for encouraging others, to press to the top, guiding teams to achieve greater things than they could imagine and living the life of an overcomer.

Leaving the US Army, I started my family.  During this time, I moved to Texas and started a Marketing Consulting Business.  With the help of a great team, the business grew rapidly to 6 Figures within 12 months.  Although we had created some outstanding products and services, I struggled to grow the business over the next few years.  This was prior to the advent of the Internet, so Online Business technology was just starting. 

Thankfully, I was provided a learning laboratory for my quest, working for the largest Global Consulting & Technology Firms in the world implementing online marketing & sales business systems.  During this time,  I obtained my MBA and led several Global Consulting Practices.  It was a great honor, but I still longed to help adults successfully start Purpose Driven Online Businesses that would make incredible impacts in people's lives.  

Only thing, the first and most critical step is to Discover Your Purpose.  This is the key and without it, it is easy to chase wealth which can be fools gold.   I believe we are all created and equipped to make a unique impact in people's lives.  Technology is just a tool - some may use it, others may not after Discovering Purpose.  There are many ways to deliver our gifts.  Online is just one of them.

For 30 years, I have successfully built and led multiple million dollar Global Consulting Practices implementing hundreds of Online Marketing Business Systems for the largest Fortune 500 companies. 

I had a front row seat to the greatest technology show on earth; the birth and expansion of the world wide internet, helping Fortune 500 Companies navigate change.  Enjoying hundreds of online business system implementations, I began seeing the key business patterns it took to Climb the Mountain successfully.  

 My business learning laboratory and consulting best practices knowledge grew, just like my family.  

What I learned, what I found was most important is the first step - Discover Your Purpose.  Without it, it is easy to fall in the trap to pursue wealth which can lead to an empty life.
